The Greenfield Energy Centre Project is a combined cycle, natural gas-fired power plant located in the Township of St. Clair, Ontario, Canada. The nameplate capacity of the facility is 1,005 megawatts. The power generating block will consist of three Siemens Westinghouse 501F combustion turbine generators, three Deltak heat recovery steam generators, a Toshiba steam turbine, and a GEA wet mechanical draft cooling tower. POWER’s scope of work for this contract consists of engineering, design, procurement, construction management and field support services for the new generating facility project .
