The Eólica de Coahuila wind farm is EDPR’s first wind project in Mexico and is located in the northern state of Coahuila. The 199.5 MW wind farm is a joint project of EDPR and Industrias Peñoles, a leading Mexican silver mining company that will receive 100% of the energy produced. POWER provided state-of-the-art protection and control services to help bring this significant project online.
